Project quotation & approval

Each order is individually confirmed in writing before production begins, including selected package, approximate duration, scene scope, creative direction, vertical and any additional horizontal editions, branding, quote, and estimated schedule. Public package rates are starting prices.

Payment terms

A 50% deposit is required after the customer approves the quotation and project scope, before production begins. The remaining 50% is due when the completed video is ready for final delivery. Full-resolution files are provided after final payment clears. Customer deposits and remaining balances may be paid through Stripe-powered secure card checkout or PayPal, using the payment link or instructions provided with the approved project quotation.

Cancellation & refund policy

Clients may cancel before production commences and receive a refund of their deposit. Once agreed custom production begins, all sales are final and the deposit is nonrefundable. Work already commissioned remains subject to the accepted project's payment terms. Cancellation requests should be sent to contact@boxrealmentertainment.com.

Included revisions

One round of reasonable creative refinements within the originally approved scope is included. New scenes, replacement source material, changes to approved creative direction, or additional revision rounds may require a separate quotation and approval.

Our commitment to quality

Every BoxRealm Entertainment walkthrough is produced with professional creative direction, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a polished cinematic presentation. Included refinements help align the final presentation with the approved creative vision.

Formats & production planning

Cinematic Essentials includes approximately 20–30 seconds in vertical 9:16; Cinematic Signature includes approximately 30–45 seconds in vertical 9:16. Cinematic Showcase projects of approximately 45–60 seconds are individually quoted. Final scope and approximate duration are confirmed in the approved quotation.

For Essentials and Signature, the additional horizontal 16:9 Cinematic Edition is $175 when selected and approved before production begins. A request for a second format after production starts is a separate production request, quoted individually.

Production timeline

The first draft is typically available within 24–48 hours after BoxRealm receives the approved quotation, necessary property photos/materials, and deposit, subject to production availability and project complexity. This is an estimated first-draft target, not a guaranteed final-delivery deadline.

Customer-supplied materials

Clients confirm they have permission to provide and use submitted photographs, logos, and listing details. Clients should review property-marketing materials for accurate representation before publication.
