These public conditions explain how our independent referral partnership works. Accepted partners receive the final onboarding and payment details before referring prospects.
Eligibility and relationship
Applicants must be at least 18. Participation is independent and commission-only; no employment, salary, minimum income, or guaranteed earnings are offered. Acceptance is subject to review and applicable local requirements.
Qualifying projects and commission
Commission is 20% of the agreed eligible project sale price, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and refunded or cancelled work. Commission is earned only on a BoxRealm-accepted referral that results in a completed, fully paid qualifying project.
Referral registration and attribution
Partners submit customer introductions using BoxRealm's designated referral form, and only with the prospect's consent. Duplicate leads, existing customers or prospects already in active discussions, and unapproved submissions may be ineligible. Accepted referrals receive a 90-day attribution window beginning on the date BoxRealm confirms acceptance of the registered prospect. If that prospect purchases a qualifying walkthrough within those 90 days, the affiliate is eligible for commission once the project is completed and fully paid. Tracking is manual through submitted referral records; no browser-tracking cookie is used.
Sales, promotion and materials
BoxRealm manages pricing, contracts, customer payment, and video production. Partners may use authorized marketing materials, but must not promise unapproved discounts, delivery dates, or features. Spam, deception, false income claims, and unlawful outreach are prohibited.
Payments and international eligibility
Commissions are paid within 15 calendar days after the qualifying project is completed and BoxRealm has received cleared customer funds, provided the transaction has not been refunded or reversed. Commissions are paid in USD by PayPal or Venmo, subject to recipient eligibility and availability of the selected payment service. All commissions are calculated and paid in USD unless a documented partner arrangement specifies otherwise; international participation is subject to applicable legal and payment-method availability.
Application, review and changes
Submitting an application does not establish a partnership. BoxRealm may approve or decline applicants and may update program terms prospectively, subject to any existing written agreement.
Privacy
Applicant information is used to evaluate applications and contact potential partners. The application is hosted using Google Forms and its associated Google services. Applicants should not submit banking details or government identification through the application form.
